Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to assigned customer service calls and diagnose problems; safely repair and install veterinary equipment.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines for operation, repair, maintenance and installation of equipment.
• Inspect pre-installed products for defects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support after installation and maintain service records and timelines.
• Train customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to improve performance.
