Job summary

Patterson Veterinary Supply in Columbus, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to assist internal and external customers with order entry and related support. You will work across multiple systems to process orders, quotes, returns, and monitor shipments with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and ensure accuracy of customer transactions in order entry system such as orders, quotes, returns, etc.
• Maintain accurate customer and territory records, facility records, and document all customer interaction.
• Generation of reports
• Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines per company, state, and federal policies.
• Understand Accounts Receivables policies and practices.
• Verify price and terms per standard procedures and customer profitability profiles.
• Multitask across multiple computer systems and platforms.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.
• Develop strong relationships across business units and with customers and manufacturing partners.
• Provide impeccable customer service and sales support; respond to queries and solve problems promptly.
• Communicate pertinent information from customers to outside sales or management.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend products/solutions.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• Upgrade telephone orders; promote new products; may place outbound calls to expand sales.
