Qualifications

• Weekend availability may be required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous veterinary experience is preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE are practiced.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per instructions.
• Maintains clean and professional front desk and waiting areas.
• Processes cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• Schedules appointments adhering to doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Sends reminder notices and follows up with clients as needed.
• Performs backups of the computer system as directed.
• Welcomes clients and patients and ensures a positive experience.
