Job summary

The MSPCA-Angell in Boston is seeking a seasoned leader to serve as Manager of Clinical Services. This role oversees the Veterinary Clinic staff, drives department-wide strategy, and ensures top-tier clinical service and client care across multiple disciplines.

A strong background in veterinary technology leadership and hospital management is essential. Compensation includes a competitive salary with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule averaging 40 hours per week with

Qualifications

Five years of hospital management experience or in a clinical setting with multiple disciplines.
Five years of experience working as a Certified Veterinary Technician or Highly Skilled Clinical Leader.
Licensed CVT preferred; leadership and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the Veterinary Clinical Team including Supervisors and Leads to ensure excellence in clinical service and client care.
Collaborate with Vet staff and Outpatient Service Director on long-term planning and department growth.
Oversee staffing, recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations for the department.
Develop training guidelines, manage budgets for Client Services, and foster a positive workplace culture.
