Bond Vet is seeking a collaborative Veterinary Clinic Manager to join our Boston team. You will lead technicians, assistants and care coordinators and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth clinic performance and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing professionals in complex organizations (veterinary space preferred).
• Experience supervising front desk operations.
• Experience with compliance and safety policies.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Manage your clinic’s P&L.
• Mentor, develop, and lead clinic team members to excel.
• Balance the needs of the clinical team with the goals of the organization.
• Collaborate with our operations team to scale operations and implement processes.
• Own customer relations.
• Lead weekly team meetings & daily team check-ins.
• Create clinic schedules.
• Identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency and then implement improvements.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Foster a sense of community within the team.
