The ideal candidate has at least five years in a veterinary hospital, ECC experience, and at least one year in a supervisory role, with strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in a veterinary hospital environment.
• Minimum of one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a cover letter required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inpatient staff and ensure high standards of care and teamwork.
• Assist with scheduling, hiring, and staff development.
• Manage inventory and budgetary processes for the inpatient unit.
