Job summary

Tranquility Veterinary Clinic in New Jersey seeks a full-time Practice Manager to lead a diverse team of veterinarians, technicians and support staff. You will provide leadership, structure and oversee operations, HR, scheduling and inventory with a focus on animal welfare and client service.

The role requires prior veterinary management experience and proficiency with our practice management system. The clinic offers comprehensive benefits, PTO, a 401(k) plan and professional development

Qualifications

• Experience executing clinical HR functions (SOPs, evaluations, disciplinary actions).
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize the practice management system.

Job description

Tranquility Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing hospital operations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the hospital and the well-being of the animals we care for.

Salary

$65,000 - $75,000 per year, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligibility for up to 15% performance-based annual bonus.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm and Saturdays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development.
