Tranquility Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure for our team of veterinarians, technicians, and staff. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage scheduling, and drive continuous improvement to ensure exceptional client service and animal care.

Qualified candidates will have veterinary management experience, HR process knowledge, and the ability to learn our practice management system.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary management experience required.
• Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with focus on personnel management (hiring, training, development).
• Manage hospital operations including scheduling and inventory management.
• Guide and coach staff toward continuous improvement and excellent client experience.
• Balance needs of the business and staff with initiative.
