Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience preferred.

• Experience in customer service, operations, healthcare, hospitality, veterinary medicine, or team leadership roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to hospital team members.
• Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture.
• Partner with Chief of Staff to align on hospital goals and priorities.
• Build collaborative relationships to support clinical excellence and team success.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Support employee engagement, team development, and retention initiatives.
• Support inventory management, hospital operations, and administrative processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and client/team experience.
• Create an efficient, organized, and welcoming environment for clients, patients, and team members.
