Our practice includes both our Main Clinic and our AAFP Gold Certified Cat Clinic, with modern facilities that allow us to provide high-quality veterinary medicine to companion animals and exotic patients. We have a well-established and loyal clientele and a collaborative clinic culture that values teamwork, fellowship, continuing education, and the well-being of our team.

Schedule:

Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with Saturdays as needed.

Compensation:

$38–$43 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and support to hospital team members
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture
  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure smooth hospital operations and alignment on hospital goals and priorities
  • Build and maintain a strong, collaborative working relationship with the Chief of Staff and medical team to support clinical excellence and team success
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Support employee engagement, team development, and retention initiatives
  • Support inventory management, hospital operations, and administrative processes
  • Help identify opportunities to improve hospital workflows, efficiency, and the overall client and team experience
  • Help create an efficient, organized, and welcoming environment for clients, patients, and team members
  • Lead by example and help uphold Sunnyvale Veterinary Clinic's core values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Progressive Medicine, Compassion, Personal Touch, and Family
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
  • A team-oriented professional who is passionate about veterinary medicine and supporting veterinary teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build relationships, motivate team members, and lead by example
  • Experience in customer service, operations, healthcare, hospitality, veterinary medicine, or team leadership roles is a plus
