Job summary

VetnCare's Campus Commons Hospital in the Sacramento area seeks an experienced veterinarian for a Clinical Director role. You will lead a skilled team, partner with the Hospital Manager and the CMO to deliver next-level veterinary care, mentor veterinarians, shape clinical standards, and build a positive hospital culture.

You’ll drive clinical quality, compliance, and hospital growth while providing mentorship and serving as a clinical resource for complex cases, ensuring exceptional care for

Qualifications

DVM or VMD from AVMA-accredited veterinary school.
Licensed in California.
5+ years clinical experience.
Leadership experience as Medical Director, Clinical Director, or Lead Veterinarian preferred.
Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and high-quality medicine.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the veterinary team.
Partner with the Hospital Manager to drive hospital success.
Support clinical quality, standards, and compliance.
Guide DVM development and mentorship.
Contribute to hospital growth and clinical excellence.
Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases.
