Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hospital and keep things organized and moving forward.

• Monitor budgeting, labor and inventory costs, revenue, and key performance metrics.
• Foster clear communication and a workplace culture where staff feel supported and empowered to contribute ideas and concerns.
