• Experience managing scheduling, payroll, inventory, and administrative operations.
• Bilingual or Spanish comprehension preferred.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations across all areas and roles.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance coaching.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
