Job summary

Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC in Mantua Township, NJ is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience. The CSR handles front desk, scheduling, records, and cash handling, supporting doctors and the team throughout daily clinic operations.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with occasional travel to our sister location in Deptford. Strong communication, organization, and patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice opening and closing procedures as instructed.
• Maintain front desk, reception, waiting area, and exam rooms in clean, presentable condition.
• Process cash, checks, and card payments accurately.
• Schedule clinic appointments per doctor and practice preferences.
• Update client/patient files and prepare client correspondence.
• Send reminders and recall clients from a callback list.
• Backup and oversee daily posting of business transactions.
• Greet clients and patients warmly to ensure a positive visit experience.
• Answer incoming calls with proper etiquette and professionalism.
• Present medications, instructions, and take-home items to clients.
• Handle emergencies with calm and policy-driven actions.
• Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction at every visit.
