Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography.
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background with terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team.
• Provide professional and exceptional service to clients.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist clients in completing required documentation and entering pet information.
• Dispense prescription items per veterinarian's instructions and schedule future appointments.
