Typical schedule is Thursday 1pm-9pm, Friday 4pm-12am, Sunday 5:30pm-12am; requires a High School Diploma and 2 years of customer

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Exceptional communication skills (in person and by telephone).
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical setting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Greet and register clients and patients in the hospital lobby.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate discharges with clinical team.
• Manage medical records, scans and prints as requested.
• Answer calls, relay information, and assist in front desk duties.
• Attend monthly meetings and complete Client Service Certification.
