Animal Medical Center of Seattle (AMCS) is a 24/7 emergency and specialty veterinary hospital serving pets, their families, and referring veterinary teams throughout the greater Seattle area.

Our Client Care Specialists are often the first and last people our clients interact with. We're looking for someone who communicates with empathy, enjoys helping people, and is eager to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate between clients, veterinarians, clinical teams, and referring veterinary hospitals.
  • Schedule appointments and accurately maintain client and patient information.
  • Help clients navigate estimates, deposits, payments, financial options, and checkout.
  • Manage multiple conversations, requests, and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support clients with empathy and professionalism during stressful, emotional, or difficult situations.
  • Take ownership of questions and follow through to find the right answer or next step.
