Station Plaza Veterinary Group is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team!

As one of the first faces our clients see and voices they hear, our Customer Service Representatives play an important role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for pets and the people who love them. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, and know how to keep things organized when there are a dozen things happening at once, we’d love to meet you.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

A Quick Note About the Role

This is a front desk/customer service position rather than a clinical role. Animal restraint, treatments, medication administration, and other hands‑on patient care responsibilities are handled by our Veterinary Assistants and Veterinary Technicians.
