Responsibilities

• Greet and direct clients onsite; manage 8-line phone system.
• Coordinate communications for incoming/outgoing requests.
• Schedule appointments; prepare charts with necessary information.
• Maintain, audit, and purge medical records.
• Process invoices, collect payments, and reconcile daily.
• Prepare and log laboratory samples.
• Educate clients and triage pets for healthcare.
• Attend monthly staff meetings; pursue CE when offered.
• Deescalate sensitive situations with empathy.
• Maintain inventory and housekeeping for designated zones.

Our Client Service Specialists are important liaisons for connecting, engaging, and nurturing relationships in our fast paced veterinary, lodging, and grooming facility. Client Service Specialists should enjoy human and pet interaction, be self-motivated to complete daily clerical and housekeeping tasks, practice flexibility with workflow development, and possess the independent drive for growth.

Requirements

• Competently speak and write the English language
• Ability to practice good money handling skills
• Efficiently perform clerical and cleaning duties
• Physically able to stand, move, and bend for prolong periods of time
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• Embrace commitment to follow Safety Requirements
• Actively promote a positive, professional presence with staff, clients, and guests

Responsibilities

• Professionally deescalate sensitive situations and show empathy when appropriate
• Maintain inventory and housekeeping duties of designated zone and assist with needed duties of the hospital
