Small animal services are performed on‑site at our Elkhorn facility.
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our veterinary dental specialty practice. The primary focus will be on companion animals with some cross‑over training with our equine CSR support team. As the face and voice of our clinic, you will greet clients, schedule specialized oral health consultations, coordinate patient arrivals, and manage billing for advanced veterinary dental procedures. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor in a busy clinical setting, and a genuine love for companion animals. Prior experience in a veterinary front‑desk role is highly preferred, but we will train a motivated professional who will bring a positive attitude and strong multitasking abilities. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience – $17–20 hr. The final rate will consider your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
