Vail Valley Animal Hospital and ER is looking for an exceptional, full-time receptionist to join our team in beautiful Edwards, Colorado!

• Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience, starting at $22-25/hr. The actual rate will consider skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, your smile and enthusiastic greeting set the tone for the client's visit. You will be on the front line of our customer care team, assisting clients daily to meet and exceed their needs.

• Provide top-notch customer service, attentive to client and pet needs
• Answer phones, schedule appointments and procedures, set reminders, manage patient and client flow, check patients in/out, and handle basic complaints
• Assist in cleaning the hospital and maintaining a sanitary environment
• Process payments
• Manage end-of-day accounting
• Maintain documentation in the electronic medical record
• Facilitate communication between clients and medical team
