    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
    - Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
    - Process incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry and status verification
    - Maintain accurate record-keeping in accordance with employer specifications to ensure 100% quality for all orders
    - Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information about processes and procedures
    - Provide support beyond standard hours as needed based on call volume and workload

    What is Required (Qualifications):
    - At least 2 years of direct customer service or call center experience
    - High School diploma or GED equivalent
    - Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs

    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
    - Experience with ERP systems: SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesys, and/or Power BI
