Heartland Veterinary Partners' Veterinary Hospital at the Lake in Sherrills Ford, NC is seeking a Client Service Representative. The CSR greets clients, manages front desk operations, records, and appointment tracking, and delivers an exceptional client experience while supporting the veterinary team.

Responsibilities include handling payments, scheduling, maintaining medical records, and providing warm, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Manager instructions.
• Maintains front desk area and reception, waiting area, and patient rooms.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments, and credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments adhering to Doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and records as needed.
• Sends reminders and follows up with clients.
• Performs daily backup of computer system and posting of daily business.
• Greet clients with a warm, friendly demeanor and ensure a positive visit.
• Answers phone calls with proper etiquette.
• Presents medications, instructions, and take-home items.
