Job summary

A Caring Heart Veterinary Hospital in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding client experiences while handling front-desk duties, records management, and appointment tracking. You will support clinicians and staff with courteous, professional interactions and accurate data entry.

The role requires weekend availability, a high school diploma, and prior veterinary reception experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior veterinary front-desk experience is preferred.
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor and patient confidentiality.
• OSHA safety practices including proper PPE should be observed.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures as directed by the Practice Manager.
• Manage front desk reception, appointments, and client interactions.
• Process cash, checks, credit payments and client accounts.
• Update client/patient records and handle mail communications.
• Schedule appointments and ensure proper workflow for the clinic.
• Provide warm, friendly greetings to clients and patients.
