We are seeking a Client Service Representative to set the tone for every visit, greeting clients, managing appointments, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

This role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced veterinary setting, with evenings and weekends required to support hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Front-desk experience in veterinary/medical settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated customer service with warmth and professionalism.
• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out with care.
• Answer and triage phone calls using a multi-line system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical team.
• Process payments and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Monitor patient and client flow throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Communicate with doctors, technicians, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist emotionally stressed clients with compassion.
• Support light administrative and cleaning duties as needed.
