Job summary

GoodVets in the United States is hiring a Client Service Representative (CSR) to greet clients, manage check-ins and check-outs, answer multi-line calls, schedule appointments, and ensure the lobby stays welcoming and organized. You will deliver warm, professional service, triage callers, process payments, and coordinate with clinicians to keep the hospital running smoothly.

Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Front-desk veterinary/medical experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out with efficiency and care.
• Answer and triage phone calls using a multi-line system.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, and follow-ups with clinical coordination.
• Process payments and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Monitor patient and client flow throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and lobby area.
• Communicate with doctors, technicians, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support emotionally stressed clients with compassion and clarity.
• Assist with occasional light admin and cleaning duties as needed.
