Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• OSHA safety practices including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice opening and closing procedures.
• Greet clients and maintain front desk areas.
• Process cash, checks, and credit payments.
• Schedule appointments and manage client records.
• Answer calls with proper etiquette.
• Provide client instruction packets and take-home items.
• Support emergencies per clinic policy.
• Maintain daily posting of business activities.
