Job summary

SAGE Campbell, part of Ethos Veterinary Health, is seeking a Client Service Lead to manage a team of Client Service Coordinators in Campbell, CA. You will ensure outstanding client experiences while overseeing scheduling, payroll, and daily close processes.

You will lead by example, mentor staff, and collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to maintain a welcoming, efficient hospital culture and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fast-paced, high-volume client service
• Leadership experience highly preferred
• Self-starter with ownership and professional demeanor
• Ability to mentor and train team members
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and communications systems
• Excellent communication, verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Service Coordinators
• Ensure exceptional client experience
• Complete monthly schedule and ensure coverage
• Manage department payroll and staffing costs, including review of timecards
• Fill in as a Client Service Coordinator as needed
• Ensure daily financial close is completed
• Develop and refine SOPs for efficiency and compliance
• Deliver results in staff development, training, client satisfaction, and safety
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams
• Contribute to a positive hospital culture
