Job summary

Magnolia Veterinary Services in Magnolia, AR is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences and support the front desk operations.

You will manage appointments, client records, payments, and communications, assist in medical record maintenance, greet clients, coordinate with doctors, and ensure a clean, welcoming reception for both small and large animals while following clinic policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the practice following manager instructions.
• Maintain front desk and waiting areas clean and presentable.
• Process payments and manage accounts.
• Schedule and manage clinic appointments.
• Update client/patient files as needed.
• Prepare and send client correspondence.
• Send reminders to clients and re-call as needed.
• Backup the computer system as directed.
• Post daily business activities.
• Greet clients and patients with a friendly demeanor.
• Answer incoming telephone calls with proper etiquette.
• Present medications and take-home items to clients.
• Handle emergencies per clinic policies.
