Chewy Vet Care, PLLC is recruiting a Client Concierge to join our Healthcare Practice Team in a full-time role. You will handle client intakes, greet pet parents, and work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and the practice manager to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication and empathy, with a focus on patient care and a welcoming, customer-centric experience. Weekend shifts and occasional travel may be required as part of operating hours.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment, veterinary preferred.
• Strong ability to connect with clients and demonstrate empathy and compassion.
• Excellent social, verbal / written communication, observational, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle all patient intakes and front-end client-facing interactions.
• Provide stellar service and communication to pet parents and support veterinarians and staff.
• Utilize the Practice Information Management System (PIMS) effectively.
• Follow SOPs and SOC, and assist with inventory communications.
• May require weekend shifts and potential travel.
