Chewy Vet Care in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Client Concierge to join our Healthcare Practice Team. This front-desk role focuses on delivering the pet-parent WOW experience, supporting veterinarians and staff with stellar service and smooth operations.

You’ll handle client intake, scheduling, and communications, using our Practice Information Management System (PIMS) and following SOPs to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care for every visit.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer‑focused environment, veterinary preferred.
• Strong ability to connect with clients with empathy and compassion.
• Excellent social, verbal and written communication, observational and analytical skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, self-starter environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle all patient intakes and front‑end client interactions with strong service.
• Support veterinarians, techs, assistants and practice manager to deliver WOW experiences.
• Assist with scheduling, appointments and client communications.
• Use the Practice Information Management System (PIMS) and follow SOPs.
• Comply with Standards of Care and maintain clean workspaces.
• May require weekend work and some travel.
