Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
• Coordinate with veterinary staff for timely services.
• Maintain accurate client records and balances.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Show empathy toward clients and treat pets with compassion.
