VCA Delta Oaks Animal Hospital in Eugene, OR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our four-doctor general practice. You will be the welcoming face of the hospital, helping set the tone for visits and building trust with pet parents.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
• Ability to greet clients and manage client-pet introductions professionally.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, helpful demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and assist them and their pets into exam rooms
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Conduct follow-up calls and outreach to prospective clients
• Present and explain services and fees, including processing payments
• Recommend and assist with product and service purchases
• Educate clients on basic pet care and non-medical topics
• Maintain accurate records, charts, reports, and correspondence
• Support hospital cleanliness and upkeep both inside and outside
