VetEvolve is hiring a Client Service Representative for Arnold Veterinary Hospital in Arnold, MD. The CSR delivers exceptional in-person and phone service, manages client communications, and supports the veterinary team to ensure smooth patient flow and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with animals preferred; veterinary background valued.
• Proficiency with computer systems, email, PM software, and MS Office.
• Able to perform basic math for cash handling and scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly with empathetic, attentive service.
• Check-in/out patients and liaise with hospital staff on status and workflow.
• Maintain client communications via phone, email, and mail.
• Schedule, confirm, and forward appointments; triage based on urgency.
• Explain hospital services, vaccinations, diagnostics, and care plans.
• Handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure charges are captured.
• Perform end-of-day financial tasks and deposits; process payments.
• Fill prescriptions and provide client instructions.
• Assist with over-the-counter product sales and inventory.
• Support veterinarians, technicians, and Practice Manager with care and admin tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe hospital environment; follow safety protocols.
• Participate in opening/closing and weekend duties.
