Panther Creek Pet Clinic is seeking a Client Care Representative to join the front desk team. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and a compensation approach that is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Answer phones, return messages, and schedule appointments.
• Check clients in/out, process payments, and keep medical records up to date.
• Handle prescription and food requests and relay to the medical team.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly.
• Support clients with compassion during emotional moments, including end-of-life visits.
• Keep the front desk and reception area organized and inviting.

What Our Client Care Representatives Do
