Nashville Veterinary Specialists & Animal Emergency (NVS) is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our fast-paced specialty and emergency hospital team in Nashville, TN. Responsibilities

• Coordinate client communication, including scheduling appointments, work-ins, and follow-up calls.
• Greet clients and create a welcoming, organized experience from check-in through discharge.
• Respond to client calls, messages, and questions promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate prescription refill requests with veterinary teams and pharmacies as needed.
• Provide clients with daily updates on hospitalized patients and facilitate medical team communication.
• Assist with client visits and support throughout the patient’s stay.
• Conduct post-discharge follow-up calls to check on progress and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to support an efficient client experience.

Schedule

Responsibilities

• Assist with client visits and provide support throughout the patient’s stay.

• Conduct post-discharge follow-up calls to check on patient progress and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Client Service Representatives, Client Care Coordinators, doctors, and veterinary teams to support an efficient client experience and appropriately direct medical questions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and compassionate approach.

• Ability to remain organized, calm, and attentive to client needs in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working collaboratively with clients, doctors, veterinary technicians, and other hospital team members.

• Familiarity with veterinary medical terminology and ezyVet or similar veterinary practice management software is a plus.

• Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
