Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in veterinary medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care coordinators, including hiring, firing, evaluating performance, reviewing time reporting, enforcing policies and communicating new practices.
• Schedule care coordinators according to staffing needs, serving as a care coordinator when needed.
• Receive client complaints and concerns regarding care coordination and escalate to Hospital Manager as needed.
• Maintain scheduling information for specialists (non-emergency doctors) and changes.
• Count cash and balance daily transactions; balance cash drawer and make change as needed.
• Process refunds, returns, and credits as needed by location.
• Organize and process all payment plans and held checks as needed.
