A large, multi-specialty emergency and referral hospital in Southern California is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Veterinary Cardiologist to join its collaborative specialty team.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice advanced cardiology in a high‑acuity referral environment with strong specialty support, a diverse caseload, and access to cutting‑edge diagnostic technology.

The cardiologist will work closely with other specialists and emergency clinicians to provide advanced cardiovascular care to referred and emergency patients.

The hospital manages a high referral and emergency caseload and supports numerous specialty departments, including:

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent

Board-Certified Veterinary Cardiologist (ACVIM) or Residency-Trained Cardiologist

Eligible for veterinary licensure in California

DEA license (or eligibility)

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with a base salary range starting approximately $150,000 – $300,000+ annually, plus production opportunities.
