The role involves diagnosing and managing cardiac diseases in small animals, performing echocardiograms and other advanced tests, and coordinating with emergency and specialty departments for comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications include a DVM, board certification or eligibility in veterinary cardiology, and California licensure

Los Angeles Animal Specialty Emergency & Rehabilitation (LAASER) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Cardiologist to join our multidisciplinary specialty team. Our Cardiologist will be responsible for diagnosing and managing cardiac diseases in small animals, providing advanced imaging and interventional procedures, and collaborating with our emergency and specialty departments to offer comprehensive patient care. This role involves performing echocardiograms, electrocardiograms, cardiac catheterization, and other diagnostic tests, as well as formulating tailored treatment plans for patients with congenital and acquired heart conditions. Additionally, the Cardiologist will communicate with pet owners and referring veterinarians to ensure seamless continuity of care while maintaining accurate and thorough medical records.
