Responsibilities

• Perform bacteriology and molecular microbiology tests on specimens, including culturing, enumeration, identification, and susceptibility.
• Process egg and environmental samples for QA programs and respond to client needs.
• Purchase lab supplies, maintain equipment, prepare reagents, keep records and ensure quality assurance.
• Cross-train in other laboratory areas.
