Qualifications

  • Ability to operate automated and manual testing systems.
  • Independent judgment within established procedures.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and guide other staff.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and test specimens using automated and manual methods.
  • Perform QC procedures, calibrations, and instrument startups.
  • Review and release results and communicate findings to clinicians.
  • Train staff and provide proficiency resources.
  • Maintain lab procedures, inventory, and LIS knowledge.
