Essential Functions

1. Coordinate with program faculty to develop and implement lab scenarios.
2. Schedule and meet regularly with students and the Didactic Instructor.
3. Implement and communicate feedback regarding student learning and needs.
4. Maintain records on student performance and keep files confidential.
5. Demonstrate familiarity with program and course objectives, clinical skills, and equipment.
6. Participate in faculty meetings and professional organizations.
7. Advise students on academic performance.
8. Assist in grading and preparing class materials.
9. Check supplies and assist with administrative tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Associate degree from an AVMA CVTEA accredited program.
2. Three (3) years of practical experience in the veterinary field.
3. Licensed DVM or credentialed CVT.
4. Current license or certification as required by law.
5. Verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer skills.
