The role is onsite with opportunities for growth. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 6+ months in the veterinary field, and NAVTA-approved program preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in the veterinary industry.
• NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant program or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and technicians with surgeries, dentistry, and lab work.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and hospital records.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and pet care.
• Handle reception duties: phone calls, appointments, patient intake and discharge.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and hospital protocols.
