Qualifications

• Completion of a NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant program (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians in daily tasks and procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and hospital records.
• Educate clients about pet wellness plans and care.
• Handle reception duties such as scheduling and patient intake.
• Assist with anesthesia, surgery, dentistry and diagnostic procedures.
