Animal Care Center of Polaris, part of National Veterinary Associates, in Lewis Center, OH, is seeking a part-time Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist to greet clients, check patients in/out, answer calls, and support the front desk while assisting the medical team in the back.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Veterinary Assistant certificate program is an asset.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility; customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Reception: Greet clients, check patients in/out, answer multi-line calls, and manage appointments.
• Clinical Assistance: Restrain patients, assist in exams and procedures, prepare rooms and maintain cleanliness.
• Financial Duties: Process payments, explain basic estimates, and manage invoices.
