VCA Bakersfield Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our Emergency Department. Located in Bakersfield, CA, the role supports a busy, 11-doctor practice with a family-like hospital team and ongoing opportunities for career advancement.

We offer competitive pay with an hourly range of $18–$22 and a shift differential for hours from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.

VCA Bakersfield Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Assistant for our Emergency Department.

Location: 8610 Harris Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93311

Salary: $18 - $22 per hour

Shift Differential for hours worked between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.
