VCA Bakersfield Veterinary Hospital is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join our 24/7 team, working with board-certified specialists and a strong support staff. Our hospital features advanced diagnostics, a dedicated surgical suite and a wide case mix to keep you intellectually engaged.

We have a robust team of 11 doctors, 40 veterinary assistants, 12 registered veterinary technicians, 14 receptionists, 11 kennel assistants, 3 janitorial team members, a dedicated pharmacy assistant, and 5 members of management. Facilities/technology: 7 exam rooms, an overnight sleeping room, digital radiographs, dental radiographs, ligasure, ultrasound, 2 oxygen chambers, a dedicated surgical suite, a dedicated dental suite, we offer boarding services Hands-free radiology strongly encouraged AAHA accredited Board certified cardiologist, criticalists, and dermatologists that visit our clinic at least once per month seeing cases. VCA Bakersfield has been in operations since 1929.
