Formación

• Certificate of completion from NAVTA approved Veterinary Assistant program or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform radiography-related duties.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Experience with NAVTA veterinary assistant program skills is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support veterinarians and technicians to ensure quality care.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
• Obtain information/history from clients and maintain medical charts.
• Assist with surgery as applicable.
• Mentor other paraprofessionals in the hospital.
• Maintain safety and sterile environment in treatment areas.
