Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients and escort to exam room; record vital signs and update EMR.
• Assist doctors with routine and emergency appointments, surgery, dentistry and euthanasia.
• Perform patient restraint and assist with sample collection and medication administration.
• Schedule appointments and relay test results to doctors and clients; maintain client records.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist in anesthesia; monitor during recovery and discharge or transfer.
• Perform in-hospital treatments and manage in-house medications and fluids.
