Qualifications

• At least 1 year of veterinary practice or related animal care experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate, sympathetic and professional under pressure.
• Strong telephone and computer skills.
• Team player willing to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, record vital signs, and document visits in EMR.
• Assist doctors with routine and emergency appointments, surgeries, dentistry, and euthanasia.
• Handle medications and maintain patient records.
• Schedule appointments and educate clients.
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor anesthesia.
• Provide in-hospital treatments and support recovery.
• Train new staff and share knowledge.
• Keep hospital clean and organized.
